B-SURE™ Foil Pouches
Pre-Made Aluminium Packaging
B-SURE™ Foil Bags are a convenient pre-made option, for manufacturers that require high moisture-barrier packaging, in order to keep their products safe. These aluminium foil pouches are made from individual layers of material, laminated-together, to form a flexible pack. The various layers within the walls of the pouch can be specifically tailored to meet your product’s protection requirements.
The main moisture barrier component is the aluminium layer, and this can be supplied in a range of thicknesses. It is an excellent protector against damage from moisture, and/or oxidation, and/or UV degradation.

When sealed, our foil bags form an excellent barrier against moisture ingress, and thus protect your products from the four main problems associated with excessive in-pack humidity:
In combination with in-pack desiccants (such as our silica gel, molecular sieve or sustainable desiccant sachets) our foil bags keep your product free from moisture, oxidation and UV damage, and therefore increase your product’s shelf life.
B-SURE™ foil pouches have the lowest known WVTR [Water Vapour Transmission Rate] of any known packaging product, and many are available as off-the-shelf options… with zero or minimal lead-time.
In addition to standard stock items, our built-to-order range of foil bags can be supplied with zip-lock seals and/or tear notches. There are also options for lay-flat or stand-up bags. The stand-up foil bags can even be fitted with screw-top spouts, for the pouring of liquids or fine powders.
Our pre-made foil bags are manufactured from materials that are approved for food contact under the appropriate FDA Regulations, and they can be personalised with printing of up to 11 colours. Furthermore, they can include easy peel features, chevron seals or fin-back seals.
If you are thinking about using B-SURE™ foil bags on a lower-speed production line (with workers sealing the bags by-hand), then you might also want to consider our range of heat sealers, which are guaranteed to work well with our foil bags, as a complete packaging solution.
If you are thinking about using B-SURE™ foil on a high-speed production line, which is highly automated, then you may wish to consider our range of Foil Roll products instead – as they are likely to suit your rapid production speed better.
