Detergent powders for the washing of clothes often use Zeolite as a constituent. However, these are a different type of Zeolite to Baltimore’s range of SUPERSIV Powders and Pastes. Therefore, you can NOT use SUPERSIV Zeolite in Detergent Powders.

There are many differences between these two products, but the key difference is that the Detergent Zeolites are a form of hydrated 4A Zeolite (which gives-off water as part of its chemical reaction) and the SUPERSIV Zeolites are anhydrous/dehydrated – meaning that they absorb water. So they are the complete opposite of each other !
