Fresh-R-Pax doubles shelf life of fresh cut fruit pieces by ensuring fruit isn’t sitting in its own juice. Excess liquid released during processing (slicing, dicing & cutting) is adsorbed (locked away) without drying your product out; this maintains freshness, taste, colour and texture.

Fresh-R-Pax doubles shelf life of fresh cut vegetables by ensuring vegetables aren’t sitting in their own juice. There’s no need to spin dry vegetables as excess liquid is adsorbed (locked away) to improve yield and maintain freshness, taste, colour and texture.

3. Tomato slicing system
Our tomato slicing machine increases your productivity and yield whilst reducing labour costs. Machine operates at output of more than 1350kg per hour, slicing and removing end pieces of tomatoes.
